ABOUT US

More than Support.
A Team Beside You.

At Summit Supported Adventures, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to explore, grow, and live life on their own terms.

Everyone deserves the chance to discover what they're capable of.
Too often, disability support focuses on limitations.
We choose to focus on possibilities.

We believe growth happens through real experiences -trying something new, building meaningful relationships, developing practical life skills, and celebrating every achievement along the way.

Our role isn't to decide where you should go.

Our role is to help you get there.

MEET GRACE

Founder & Lead Support Worker @ Summit Supported Adventures

Grace has spent more than three years supporting people to achieve their goals and make the most of every opportunity. With a strong understanding of the NDIS and a passion for community participation, she believes the best support is participant-led, empowering, and built around what matters most to each individual.

When she's not planning the next adventure, you'll find her encouraging others to step outside their comfort zone and discover what they're capable of.

"We believe the best support doesn't lead from the front - it walks beside you."
